StonksGoUp (also written Stonks Go Up) is an entirely online website service. There is no office walk-in. The work is small-business website builds, with optional monthly pieces if you want help after launch.

Send the site you have.
About three weeks from kickoff for a typical build, assuming photos and content come back reasonably quickly. The first step is still the free assessment, not a sales call.
Send a link
Use the contact form — your site URL and one line about what you sell. A Google Business Profile or social page is enough if there is no site yet.
Get the list
Three to five specific changes, ranked, usually within two business days. No charge and no obligation after.
Use it or hire us
Hand the list to whoever builds your site. If you want us to do the work, that is when the $999 build and any monthly pieces get scoped.
Launch, then decide
